From its original conception, HCI Immigration has matured to be an international immigration consultancy specialising in UK Immigration Law. Accredited at the highest level (level 3) by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC), HCI Immigration provides advice and representation in all areas of UK immigration law including representation at the Asylum and Immigration Tribunals.

HCI Immigration work with international companies, government agencies and UK educational institutions as their immigration consultants in a wide range of areas including setting up UK operations of overseas companies, company relocations, investor visas, recruitment of overseas students, placement of overseas trained professionals, processing employee work permit, diplomatic visas and AIT appeals.

HCI immigration also provides advice and representations to private persons and families in making a range of immigration applications including all aspects of Entry Clearance/visas:

— Visiting, Student, Spouse, Dependent, Business visas, Highly Skilled Migrant Programme (HSMPs) also known as Tire 1, Au pair, UK ancestry, Writer/Composer/Artist, Private Medical Treatment, Employment Visas, Parents’ visas, working holiday and transit visas.

In the UK, we are specialised in all aspects of change of status applications, extensions, and settlement visas including:

• Permanent Residence and British Citizenships Applications,
• EU/EEA immigration cases – Workers Registration, Family Permit, Visiting visa, EU Citizens and Retirement rights in the UK, UK Settlement /Resident Permits.
